State Primacy Agreement

Subscribers must agree to protect WaterISAC’s sensitive information from disclosure and establish protocols for handling the information within the utility. Individual users within a subscribing utility are provided a smart card, card reader and access code for logging into the WaterISAC’s highly secure portal.
